How much is shipping?

For orders over 70 EUR, shipping is completely free! For smaller orders, delivery through Deutsche Post costs 4.49 EUR.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We send orders the same or next day after receiving payment. The average delivery time is 2-4 working days.

 

What are the delivery options?

We offer delivery through Deutsche Post.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, you can pay for your order with a credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, the payment is due within 7 days of placing the order.

 

Where do you ship orders from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse near Prague in Czech republic.

 

I have a discount code, where should I enter it?

You can enter your discount code in the field labeled "Discount Code" at the final step before payment.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, please inform us of any changes within 3 hours of placing the order at info@officialcomplex.com.

If your order has already been shipped, it is not possible to change it.

 

How do I return a product?

You can find all the instructions in the footer of the page under the "Returns" section.
